Check-Out & Check-In Times
For nightly stays, check-out is 11:00 AM and check-in time is 2:00 PM.
A credit card or prepayment is required for all reservations. Your reservation is not complete until confirmed by our park manager. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to check-in time to avoid charges. For ongoing monthly rentals, 30 day written notice with forwarding address is required.
There is no extra charge for extra people (over 2) for daily or weekly rentals. For monthly rentals, the fee is $25 per month for each extra person ($35 if under 17).
We do not charge extra vehicles for daily or weekly rentals. For monthly rentals, trailer and 2 vehicles allowed per space.
There is no extra charge for pets for daily or weekly rentals. Limit of 2 pets per space. For monthly rentals, there is a fee of $15 per pet per month, limit 2 pets per space.
There are no minimum stay requirements except for the weekends of the Pendleton Round-Up and the Pendleton Whiskey Fest each of which has a 3 night minimum. Please call for special event pricing and terms!
Sorry, tent camping is not allowed because it interferes with our sprinkler system.
Our sanitary dump station is open to the public. There is a $20 fee for dump only. Of course, all of our sites have a full sewer hookup.
Older RVs – Long Term Tenants
For monthly tenants, RVs must be no older than 15 years or be approved by the property manager prior to stay. All RVs must be well maintained and in operating condition.
Your privacy is important to Pilot RV Park. The information we collect is used only to communicate with you and to provide you with better service. We do not sell, rent or share your e-mail address or other personal information with any third party.
